Lanthanum Boride, also called Lanthanum Hexaboride or LaB6, is an inorganic chemical, a boride of lanthanum and a refractory ceramic material. It is stable in vacuum; it has a high melting point of 2210 °C. It is insoluble in water and hydrochloric acid. Lanthanum Hexaboride (LaB6) Disc (Sputtering target) can be used widely in various fields beaded on its properties. We provide LaB6 Disc and Sputtering Target with customized dimensions; regular purity is 99.5%.
