We provide standard products & tailor-made products for hot-pressed boron nitride blanks. Except for pure BN99 blank, we also supply BN composites with silicon carbide, calcium borate, aluminum nitride, and zirconia, to fulfill various demands of the customers. Boron nitride (BN) blanks are usually the raw material to make the other machined parts. It could also directly be applied directly as insulators in some electronic or vacuum equipment with simple machining.

Edgetech supplies pure and enhanced BN blanks in all available dimensions with a quick turnaround. Typical BN products are smaller than 12″ dia x 15″ length rod, due to the limitation of our equipment.

Boron Nitride Blank Advantages:

-Relatively high thermal conductivity with low thermal expansion
-Relatively high thermal shock resistance
-Extremely high working temperature with proper inert gas protection (>3000C has been recorded).

Packing

As a ceramic material, boron nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Hot-Pressed Boron Nitride Blank is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for BN products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
